Resolution


We already on our second month of 2015, I know many people starting the year with all kinds of different resolutions (mostly sport)...
I guess I'm not an exception and plus I'm 3 months postpartum. I guess I have never mentioned that I got my body back from pregnancy right away, 3 days after I gave birth, thanks to breastfeeding :) But still I was not satisfied.
 So I started to exercise: squats "30 days squat challenge" (without rest days) , Maison twist, ABS workout and yoga.
I can see a little result already and I'll keep going and will post my sport gurney soon...
